Western Exterminator has exceeded my expectations. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been helpful, attentive and very pleasant. Austin is the technician for our home-he’s top of the line in every regard. Their prices are reasonable, they are thorough-making suggestions of actions we can take to decrease our exposure(in a very polite way.) I wish I would’ve done this years ago!

We have been using this service for many years since we took out a raised bed that had an ant hill in it and suddenly had an ant problem. Rob is a very nice guy, always so easy to work with. He cares about what he does and works hard to make sure he gets all the spots where they are traveling. With his health we have been able to keep the problem totally under control. We also appreciate that they use earth and pet friendly products.

Derek always does a very thorough job with his application. And we’re always impressed by the great job he does inside and outside of our home. He’s punctual and always gives us a heads-up prior to his arrival. Couldn’t be more happier with his level of professionalism.

Paul arrived and greeted me. I told him I would bring the dog in and opened the garage for total access. Paul swept for spiders and sprayed around the windows and door moldings. He checked the rodent bait traps and refilled the bait. I'm pleased with the service and have not had any issues with pests.

We have used Western for years. We love our CSR Alfred. He always addresses any pest needs and is thorough and professional. Western Exterminator have always been on time. They are very thorough with their service. If I need them to come out earlier than their scheduled time they have always accommodated their schedule to meet mine. Spraying for bugs and other insects round the house and out buildings. removing spiderwebs from eves. Rebaiting rat boxes and keeping us updated to which boxes are the most active.
