I appreciate having the same service person (Rob Olsen) for some length of time who I can get to know and how knows my property and its issues. This is the greatest value and security to me of working with Western Exterminator. Rob is professional, expert and helpful. I worked with Kyle to originally set up the contracts. He's a pleasure very responsive and helpful. I started with Arthur as the tech, and loved working with him, then i moved to our Pioneer Square Properties and was told Arthur wouldn't get us started and it would be Justin that would be taking over our accounts. I was apprehensive at first, but Justin has been a wonderful, he's very responsive to our needs, for extra service that is needed he's fantastic!
