Really appreciate all you do. we did notice that right after service, we had two very big spider webs and two very large spiders on both sides of our backyard, so whatever chemical you are using for the spiders, does not seem to be working for our property

I got no notification of recent service and no receipt was left. It seemed to me when I got an email after the fact that I was being billed for ants in my house. Please remind me of any upcoming service. Thank you.

Our Rep. Eli far exceeded my expectations on his recent visit. I called him regarding ants that just appeared in our dining room. He came to our home in an hour. He asked if I had silicone caulking, which I did. He proceeded to re caulk area between floor and wall where ants were entering. Problem was immediately solved and we are very appreciative of that level of service. Thanks again Eli!

I appreciate having the same service person (Rob Olsen) for some length of time who I can get to know and how knows my property and its issues. This is the greatest value and security to me of working with Western Exterminator. Rob is professional, expert and helpful. I know the chocolate sauce is supposed to be good bait in the rat traps, but it never catches any rats. I question whether we should try something else. Thank you - Tracy Bell zip 98117
