NOEL is pleasant, professional and always asks if there’s any pest issues or concerns. He calls the day prior to coming by which reminds me to close windows and/or doors if I’m not her. Most helpful with pointing out an area that needs to be fixed or covered to prevent insects or rodents getting into the house.

I have always had really excellent service from Western Exterminator. They have helped us with all sorts of critters from two rats in the attic (Greg was a great super sleuth to find the point of entry), traps for yellow jackets, moles/voles/gophers in the garden, pesky ants and securing the area around our sewer exit where raccoons were entering the area under the house. Landon, our current representative, is fabulous. He is very professional, well trained, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Western should feel lucky to have such a great employee representing the company. We had several "code red" visits with ants during this wet winter. He was always willing to stop by and address the issue which I greatly appreciated. We have the quarterly service which is so helpful in spider control also. He literally de webs the entire exterior of the house with an extended brush and then sprays the foundation for ant control. We have pets, so I keep them inside until the non toxic solution is dry. I have investigated the solution and ingredients and found it trustworthy. We use Western for our Carmel house and have found the service and expertise excellent in this area also.
