I really like our service fella, Dan....I am a bit disappointed with the increases in bi-monthly services. When we were with AZ exterminators ( no longer available) it was all-pest control...including mosquitoes.....and was less expensive. Overall, however, I am satisfied enough with the service we receive and will not switch since I truly have no problems with insects and desert rats. Just those dang mosquitoes! Again....I do like Dan and he does a good job for us. Barbara Blondi

Generally the service we receive from Western Exterminator is great. However, we had a termite inspection scheduled at our office and it took three times to get the inspection completed as the inspector did not show up until the third time. We are still waiting to hear when our termite treatment will be scheduled. The inspector assured us he would schedule it. The inspection was completed on May 3rd.

Jon services our house and I have recommended him to my friends. He is thoroughly professional, suggests things to do based upon what is actually required. I have come across most people trying to cross-sell services at every opportunity they get. That just erodes the trust. He is flexible to reschedule as I like to be home when he is coming so I can show him if something needs to be sprayed inside the house. For me Jon is the company I get my pest control service from.
